Your data is never sold, shared or otherwise transferred to other 3rd party sites, people or organisations for any purpose. Your data is only ever used for being displayed on your personal profile on the site in the appropriate way. We also use the information you provide us with to improve our service anonymously, such as search results and page viewings. This data is not linked back to you in anyway, and you have the right to stop us using your information in such ways. Any optional data entry fields are marked as such, and it is up to you whether you provide that information to us or not, although it may be benieficial to your enjoyment of (and experience on) Holabox.

All information you allow us to publically display can be viewed by any member, site or search engine. Use the privacy settings inside your settings page to restrict access to certain people and/or groups. You have the option to withold any information from members or external sites either individually or as a group. Private information will never be displayed directly on any part of Holabox, this includes data such as direct contact details. If you wish to display such information, you have the option to display it on your personal profile. Contact information such as emails and weblinks are always encoded to make sure search engines, and spam robots do not gain access, whilst still allowing Holabox members to see them.
